Food Fermenation:
I have been very excited in the past few years about microbiome research. Fermented foods are probiotic foods that beneficial for many reasons, the most obvious being their effect on the microbiome, which has an overall effect on your health. I pool information from various resources, but my favorite source for tidbits and recipes is Donna Schwenk at Cultured Food Life.
